For every product we offer a range of different sizes and materials. You can choose your favorite size and material among the subsequent options:
- Poster (dukmaterial): Our poster print is a UV printed canvas paper with a nice texture on the surface. Please note, that depending on the size of the poster print we add a white margin of something between 2-6 cm around the artwork, which facilitates the framing with a custom frame.
- Akrylglastryck: The print on acrylic glass, which is sometimes described as a plexiglass print, makes the artwork into stunning décor. With an acrylic glass art print sharp contrasts as well as minor artwork details become more recognizeable with the help of the very fine tonal gradation. Our plexiglass protects your custom fine art print against light and heat for between 40-60 years.
- Duk: A UV printed canvas applied on a wood stretcher frame. Hanging a canvas print: Canvas Prints have the advantage of being low in weight. This means, it is easy and straightforward to hang your Canvas print without the help of any wall-mounts. A canvas print is suitable for all kinds of walls.
- Aluminiumtryck (aluminium dibond): An Aluminium Dibond print is a print with an outstanding depth, which creates a modern look thanks to a non-reflective surface. A direct Direct Print on Aluminum Dibond is your best start to art reproductions made on aluminum.
Important information: We try everythig possible in order to depict our art products with as many details as possible and to exhibit them visually on the various product detail pages. What does the curator team of the Art Institute Chicago write about this 15th century artwork made by Johann Koerbecke? (© Copyright - Art Institute Chicago - Art Institute Chicago)
The Annunciation was one of eight scenes from the life of the Virgin decorating the inside of the wings of Johann Koerbecke’s masterpiece, the altarpiece formerly on the high altar of the Cistercian abbey of Marienfeld, near Münster in northwest Germany. The wings framed the altarpiece’s center, where relics and a gilded statue of the Virgin and Child were displayed when the altarpiece was opened on feast days. The gilded backgrounds and festive architecture of the wings enhanced the splendor of the open altarpiece. The backs of the moveable wings, decorated with more somber Passion subjects in naturalistic landscape settings, were visible when the altarpiece was closed. The ensemble was dismantled in the late 17th century, and the panels were dispersed in the early 19th century, after the wings had been sawn apart, separating the Passion scenes from those on the interior.
